Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Server Problem

Hi
I have a problem getting on to the game
When i try to connect to a server it says
\"The server is not running or is not reachable. Please check the website or forums for more info.\"
Everytime I run the client and try to connect it says this.
Can someone please help me with this?

EDIT: I run the updater everyday

When I go into the login page in the game.
And I log in it says there is no reponse from server or something like that.
Whats wrong?
