Unfortunately, I am getting two errors when I try to start the game. I believe they are in conjunction with one another.  One is a windows error stating:

\"This application has failed to start because MSVCR70.dll was not found.  Re-installing the application may fix this problem.\"

I tried re-installing, and it continues to state the same thing.

And as for what it says in the program launcher:
