Technical Help: IN GAME bugs (after loading world) / OnMouseWheel on Race Description TextArea raises an Exception.

Steps to replicate:
1. Create a new character
2. Select any race
3. Within the Race description TextArea, use the MouseWheel to scroll the text and an exception occurs.
