There is only one issue known to me with a missing achievement, derula's "Ring of the Past" (for playing already during the Molecular Blue era).

Would this achievement be unlocked for everyone owning one or would it be characterized by the date the character was created? I ask this question because I own an account with a character who had a ring of the past. But after years I wanted to play again, but I didn't remember my password, so I created a new account. After several months I found the password again, but I continued playing with my new account, so I just transferred my ring of the past from my old to my new account. Would my more recent character owning the ring receive this achievement?

Hello,

I wanted to talk about the effects of the armor's weight in movement speed. I know that it has been planned to implement them, but nobody seems to be talking about it, and I am afraid that this improvement has been "forgotten" in some way, even if it should be relatively easy to implement them.

I'm playing a thief, and as a consequence I wear a leather armor to be more silent and faster. I have made this choice of a weaker armor to fit with my character, even if this function is not yet integrated in the game mechanics. But my choice to play this way is a really disadvantage when fighting mobs or players with heavier armors like plate, even if I have the same stats as them. I really wish this mechanics to be implemented soon!

How would you imagine the relations between armor weight and other factors, and which other factors should be influenced by them? I would say walk speed and combat speed. The more armor weight, the lower this variables. Stats like endurance and strength should increase this variables. Then again, if armor weight affects walk speed, not only the armor weight should be taken in consideration, but also item weight.

You enter the Laanx Temple to do your usual prayer. But passing the door, you smell something wrong and rotten. Walking in Sharven's direction, you see a macabre scene: insides of some sort of animal, rats judging by the size, have been thrown all over the place. At the altar you notice a message...

Greetings!

I don't know if this has already been discussed, but I didn't find any threat talking about this.

My idea is to implement letterboxes in the cities, where anyone could send letters or packages containing items to other players. This would be very useful when trying to contact another player who doesn't connect at the same time as you, or for transferring items. Besides, in every medieval town there were post offices, so it would also be RP.

What do you think?

Hi!

I'm using windows 7. I downloaded the game, did all the updates. I installed all the recent drivers for my graphic card. When I start the launcher, everything works fine, but when I come into the login page, as soon I click on "Login", the game crashes:

(It says: "psclient.exe stopped working. Because of a problem, the program stopped working properly. Windows will now close the program and tell if there is any solution.") (It tells nothing ahah.)

I even tried to repair the game, but it says everything is fine. So I did the thing in the topic "PS Launch not playing ball" adding --command. On the launcher, it only says that the updates are already complete. I tried it on the client file, and here what it says:


Can somebody help me? I played this game a lot in the past, and now it's kind of frustating....

Always remember that Black Flame followers avoid getting obvious, avoid too much interaction with normal people. They are stealthy, stay hidden. So you can possibly guess where to find those who changed their mind. Little hint: They hear whispers...

Like I said, I've already readen every subject on the forum speaking about black flame. But the fact that there are some documentation ingame are good news, this will make it much more interesting. I've asked some friends, and they told me that some of the black flame quests are broken. Is this true? Any idea when they gonna be fixed?

Its true that few things are known even OOC about black flame and that creates some problem when you have to decide if want to play one... i happened to read their books without doing the quests when i was new to the game since some player got them with an alt and then decided to suppose he got them form a friend who sacrificed his life for this and he was warning everyone else (pretty bad idea imo but anyway).

All I can say is that by becoming a black flame you forfeit your soul and your character's actions are guided but whatever that Black Flame deity is. So what you do is determined greatly by the game's settings which is why playing a black flame well may be hard. Revealing in any way you are a black flame or leaving the sect is out of the question...

But the best to do is indeed trying to do the quests, if the things you'll have to do are just too outrageously cruel, chaotic, merciless or whatever, then your char won't do them and won't be a black flame. If he ever had the guts to ask Reliom for a job of course  :devil:

So there are some books ingame explaining their cult, and you can get them by doing their quests?  \\o//

Hi everyone!

Since a few days I'm getting interested in what Black Flame is. I've red every text I could read about it on the forums. But still, I have not enough information to rp my character well enough getting a cultist. I don't even know if this cult is suited for my character. Is there any documentation about this religion I could read?
