Ok, went on #planeshift IRC channel yesterday (2005/01/06) and I was told that this is due to a wrong character name,  and that a dev guy (sorry I forgot his name) is working on it.

So wait and see...

For devs: this might be cool to post here just to tell us you know about the problem
