Newbie Help (Start Here) / Why is it so slow?

The game took over 5 minuets on the first loading screen and once I get to the \"enter email/password\"page it takes a very long time for a single letter that i type to come up.Is there any thing that I can do to make this faster or something?

Nevermind this post,the updater just started working so the game should be able to play now.

I just dowloaded the game and when I tried to play message saying that an erro has occoured pops up and the game closes.Also,how long do the updates take because I am trying to update and it tells me it\'s checking for updates,but it\'s been like that for at least 5 minuets.
