Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / update prob

i got trouble to download the following file :
art/sounds/gui/bttn_scrollup.wav

i only get 67% of this file then he hangs and this happens everytime i start the updater, i\'m trying since yesterday afternoon.
