Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / I need server help...

OK,
Next to the list of planeshift servers in the menu (There is only one), It says fail. I can\'t access the server and I\'m pretty sure it isn\'t down. I also can\'t update the game for the same reason. What should I do?
