Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / i found out

i started another upg (last one was 6h ago) and found out the file hydlaa.zip had to be downloaded again. I started the game and had the same problem as previousely... moreover the hydlaa.zip file appeared to be corrupted in the process
I tried a last time to upg (downloading again the hydlaa file). Then i exited the upg program and double clicked on the main application file.... and it worked.
The only thing that was changed (so it seems to me) is that i did not start the game straight after the upg.
Hoping it might help anybody encoutering the same problem.
