Technical Help: IN GAME bugs (after loading world) / Can't Get into Fragnetics!

Hello fellow planeshifters! I\'m new to planeshift, and I just finish downloading PlaneShift Crystal Blue the lastest version.  
I tried to connect to the server Fragnetics, but it keeps prompting the the server is not responding and that I should check the web of forums.  Can someone help me out please??
