Ok, thanks, I know where coal and iron can be found
I think this will boost RP with specialized jobs :
- miners (spoiler ? : some races have an advantage)
- courier : bringing 10 ore iron+10 ore coal form the mine to the smelter
- smelter : as everyone (?) begins with blacksmith skill at 0, it will take a long time (and wasting a lot of ore) to train and practice
- weaponsmith and armorsmith (there are several skills)

... and perhaps thieves will try to pick some metal while cooling
