Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Having a few problems when loading world pls help

i just downloaded the game yesterday and i put it through its first update and created my character but when i start loading the world i get to messages:
1. PSclient.exe runtime library error
2.DBGHELP.dll not found

pls help i really wanna start playing.
