Newbie Help (Start Here) / I cant connect

it always pops up with a box that say something along the lines of \"server rejected for unkown reasons.......

i am running win xp
with a 2 gig pent 4
128 mb ddr ram
128 mb ddr ram geforce 4
80 gig hd


i did get the sound to work
i hope this info helps
i am a newb, sorry
