Technical Help: IN GAME bugs (after loading world) / error with server

everytime i try to get on plane shift it says \" you are not running the the correct version of planeshift for this server\" ive tried downloading the update, but every time i try 2 run it it wont open. i dont know what to do and i really want 2 play this game, help me please
