hi im new to the game and not very knowledgeable at coding etc... after downloading the client and running the updater i am still unable to reach the login screen... after opening the client i keep getting exception errors.... ive read the treads and some tell me to change sound settings in setup but when i do this i just get another different exception error.

this is the one i have at the moment:

Exception error at address 0563D901
Exception code C0000005

any help to remedy this or pointers as to what my problem may be (eg updater, sound, graphics etc) would be very helpful! I doubt it has anything to do with my system hardware specifications because my computer is quite new and definitely above the minimum system reqs.

ps i have saved the diagnostic file but im not sure as to how i can post it up here... any pointers would once again be most appreciated... im sorry if steps to fixing this particular exception error have already been answered somewhere else but i have seriously searched the threads with no exact matches found.
