bot, when its loading in for enter in the ps world it quit unexpectable

i have juste download the new update
i open ps, i open my account,select new caracter.
and the race:Xacha  ylians  Nolthrir  Demorians
bot when i select stonebreaker or the other race,my ps crash like it quit for no reason
can someone help me
