I know there has been a lot of griping in this forum about all the stuff that doesn\'t work, but just want you to know that we are all EXTREMELY grateful for what you have done and what you continue to do.

As a grad student (with a family) I can relate to how busy you are, and as a very poor one I wish I could afford to send you a $$ thank you but can\'t .  However, I hope just these kind words of gratitude will at least brighten your day a bit.
