Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Bug or something??

two of my characters in the game is unusable....one of them standing in the hole in the temple in the city and it can\'t get out of there and my other character is standing (also in the temple) on the floor but can\'t move...anything to do or should I just leave them there??
