Development Deliberation / ps + Mysql 5.0

It seems that the word \"Trigger\" is no reserved in Mysql 5.0. So some change have to be made in ths ps database.

I changed :
- \"Trigger\" by \"Triggers\" in npc_triggers.sql
- And the trigger request in dictionnary.cpp.

That\'s all.
