Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Okay, I was downloading Planeshift when I got this window pop up...

It said something like, \"Cannot connect. Retry the download.\" Or something similar to that. I tried to download it twice, each time saying the same thing. Can anyone help me?
