Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Problems with BitTorrent on Windows

Every time i try to run PlaneShift_CBV0.3.008.exe on my computer, I get an error message from BitTorrent saying that a torrent with the same content (infohash) is already open, and i dont know how to close it.

someone please help me!
