have been trying for about a week now and each time it says \"fail\" and so i no its not a problem with the server
what else could it be because ive tryed turning off my firewall and that hasent helped
plz help what could it be

any time that i try to get onto planeshift when i open the game it says under both servers \"wait\" before both of them simoltaniously changeing to \"fail\" and even if i try loggin on to the correct server i cant get on
