Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Localhost fail

Hi!
Well.. I\'ve got the same problem: after a while waiting to connect to localhost it fails everytime.
I\'m actually running on a laptop. You mentioned that it might make problem. Is it fixable? or do I have to change manchine? :\'(
