Newbie Help (Start Here) / Sign up????

I no how noob like this is but can any one tell me where i can sign up for the actual game??? I had this game way back when, when all u could do was talk to other players and walk around and figured id download it again to see how far its gotten but I cant sign up!!! any help would be greatly appreciated!
