Technical Help: IN GAME bugs (after loading world) / Cant find servers

I know this is a simple problem but I cant figure it out, everytime i try to log on it says i need to get a server or something and to go on this site, were exactly on this site??



             plus when I start the game the game frame goes up in the corner and i cant move it whats the deal?
