Technical Help: IN GAME bugs (after loading world) / getting stuck

I dont know weather this counts as a bug or not, but sometimes when I walk into a wall by accident, i get \'sucked in\' to the wall and i can\'t move! i\'ve tried restarting CB but it still doesn\'t work. Wot should I do?
