Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / weapon loosed

hi,

when i selected one of my 2 weapons ( falshion ) in inventory and when i diselected it out of panel of inventory. This weapon has been removed.

NB: after this action, this weapon was not in the world.

could you help me ? please
