Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / the updater

is it normal that the updater (1.0.2.6) says in 30% \"Couldn\'t connect to mirror Fragnetics!\"
\"Ran out of mirrors!\"

is that normal? it did that like 3% or 4% now it continues normally like nothing happened
