Technical Help: IN GAME bugs (after loading world) / game not centered in monitor

at any resolution i put it at its not centered in monitor its high and to the left and how do i get pointer tyo stay on top it flashes and seames to go under screen?i have nvidia v card 128 mb runnin win xp pro
