Technical Help: IN GAME bugs (after loading world) / interface graphic problems

the problem is that I have Toolbar icons LARGE and I can\'t see all of them , it makes them look weird, I cannot play game normally, I tried different resolutions color depths it still doesn\'t look properly, I need help, please.

btw I have xp sp2 installed
