actually, version 4.0.1.0 works fine without updating, EXCEPT certain bugs like not being able to goto bronze doors :(. i cannot update the client but i can play in most areas(crashes do happen ever so often for no reason, from client closing without warning, to virtual function calls and others) but it does work  :whistling: so either get to play with a few issues, or not at all. If the server forced versions past 4.0.1.0 to play i wouldn't be able to play at all.

Well, sadly i attempted to leave the updater running. My mistake was assuming the updater actually resumed broken downloads. Apparently it does not  :'(  Not only is it impossible for me to stay online for the apparent 12+ hours the updater is going to need(Yes i'm dialup) after about 4 hours it made it to 25%. Unless this issue is fixed, i sadly don't see a way for me to update the game. Also i've noticed that ANY failed attempt to update the game, seems to result in the updater believing the game is updated(Though it is NOT). It did the same thing to me it did earlier when i disconnected. It said no more mirrors were avaliable, then it 'finished'. upon next time opening it said there were no updates avaliable. I only made it to 25%  :'(     Every time it does this, i have to fix the updatedinfo xml file. The last time it happen, it deleted the file completely..........when it failed. 


                           help?  :(

sadly i have the exact same problem. same region i try to enter the zone and i get a 'load region failed' message. I ran the updater(after fixing the updaterinfo.xml file. It stayed at 0% for a couple hours, then i got disconnected. Once i tried again it said no updates were avaliable, still cannot load  the region. I've 'renamed' the zip files for the region and had to redo the updaterinfo file (it didn't try to download the missing region i renamed)  now its sitting at 0% again  :o i'll leave it going  tonight and maybe something will happen  :sleeping: Any help to fix this issue would be great though as it has me stumped.

Would it be possible for someone to Move my character? I am currently online as Crimfar. Dying brings me back to BD region and Unstick does not work. 'Putting me in Death realm if only option i gladly take it' i cannot do anything :(  . Don't know where to post this or whom to ask but any help is greatly appreciated.




(UPDATE) OK i guess persistance paid off, After dying over and over again, I must have found a lucky angle in how i fell to ground when i typed /die as it finally kept me in the death realm  :thumbup: so i guess no move is needed, Sorry!

well i think its quite wrong myself, allowing people to transfer tria from a game that nobody can play anymore (giving them an advantage) in the game ,since mb was shut down before 2005. a migration of characters sure (but tria?) that just seems a little  wrong for everyone else who was not able to play in 04.
 Was the same migration done for Atomic Blue to Molecular Blue?
but anyways i just think its wrong to give them tria :).items they can not sell wouldn\'t be so bad.
Ofcourse i doubt any character who played on the mb server would be happy. but its fair isn\'t it? After all i have seen potions,rings and swords migrated along with tria, why can they just (migrate) the account with nothing in it? Us non mb players who have been playing for months may feel cheated or left out :)
