Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Server dropped us for unknown reason.

I just found out about this MMOG today. Downloaded, installed, but have problem. After I created a character and done everything, I get the \"Server dropped us for unknown reason.\" when I try to connect. Please help me I really wanna play this game.
