Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Big problem with game

Hi. I\'m a new player and I have very big problem. When I enter for indifferently that building error It appears and game is excluded (is switched off). Help me. Maybe I have to small RAM?? Tell me why!? Please beacose I wont to play. Help!!


Now is good. I must turn off sound. Thanks Dray.
