Has ranged combat come into the game yet? and if so where would i get a bow?

Technical Help: IN GAME bugs (after loading world) / Stuck in a wall

I am currently stuck in a wall, in the arena, and /unstick is working, any advise you can give me i would greatly appreciate it, thank you.
Still Stuck. at least i think it is a wall, i don\'t know, it is a black pit of nothingness, and i can\'t walk around.
my position is 9.34, -601.74, -4.62 in sector: upper
if that helps or means anything to anyone
please can someone help me?
