Thx 4 advice with removing pssound.*, after doing this my PS is functional, but after next update pssound.csplugin is loading again and I get next error:

DLERROR (/usr/share/planeshift/pssound.csplugin): /usr/share/planeshift/pssound.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
WARNING: could not load plugin \'planeshift.sound.soundmanager\'

planeshift.application.client:
  PlaneShift Crystal Blue
This game uses Crystal Space Engine created by Jorrit and others
  0.99 r0 [Unix-x86-GCC]
  No iSoundManager plugin!
  Failed to init app!

Just delete pssound.so and pssound.csplugin from the main directory again. The updater thinks those files are needed.

Did you update the artwork? I had the same, guys on #planeshift@freenode told me to run updater again and update the artwork and now it works just fine.

I just reran the updater. It did not find any updates and I still have the same problem.

Your instructions assume that the latest cvs of PS is the one we need. If there have been any additions to the code since then it may not work (or even build).

A date and time for the cvs checkout would be wonderful.

They are very well known bugs and not related to your video card.
