Technical Help: IN GAME bugs (after loading world) / Problem when trying to start game

I just got this problem today, after running the updater. I\'ve been fine before this, only today did this happen.

It\'s a little technical for me, and I didn\'t find that debug thing it mentioned... any ideas???
