Sorry, but after reading through about 20 posts with subjects like \"I need help\", \"Newbie needs help\", \"Problem\", and \"Help Please\", I got sick of searching and decided to ask myself.  I guess I\'ll go keep searching then...

But it would be appreciated if people could be more specific with their subject lines.  Thanks.

Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Game Freezes On Connect Screen

After I created my character and uploaded it and tried to connect, the game froze at the connect screen, once the message \"Initializing Game World\" came up.  Does this mean that the server is down or is there something else wrong?  I tried several times to connect and the same thing happened every time.  I\'m running Windows 98, if it matters.  Thanks!
