Still can\'t connect.  Here\'s the exact error from the .txt file:

Connection request rejected.  Reason is There is an error in the database on your account.  Please contact a PS Admin for help..

How do I contact an Admin?

It\'s easy - just download all 5, plus the .bat file.  Run the .bat file and one big file will be created.

Maybe the version number should clue you in...

0.2.006

That\'s not even hardly pre-alpha.  Why don\'t you cut the guys some slack and if you have specific bug reports, send them in.  Otherwise go play the game you wrote... oh, you don\'t have one?  Imagine that...

There\'s a batch file you download at the end and it appends them all together so it\'ll run then.

Went to the planeshift page and clicked on the download link.  Once I picked a server, I just edited the filename to get all 5 parts from the same server as each one got done.

General Discussion / Connection error
« on: March 08, 2003, 02:53:56 am »
I installed Planeshift and ran it.  Went through creating a character and tried to connect.

Zonealarm popped up, I told it to let PS connect, then PS told me I was already connected and if I was disconnected to wait 30 seconds.

I waited several minutes, then tried again.  I enter name/password and get a message that there\'s a database error with my account.

What now?  ?(

When my organ turns blue... oh never mind...

So how are you able to get those nice landscapes in some of the screenshots?  The few times I\'ve tried out CS, it was mainly indoor-type stuff.  Didn\'t know it could handle landscapes like that.

General Discussion / Engine questions

Hey guys, great looking game :)

I found your site from a link on the Crystal Space page.  I\'ve toyed with the CS engine a few times over the past 2 years and found it to be lacking in several areas.  Then I see your screenshots and see that you\'re using CS.  Wow :)

My question is how much have you had to modify the CS engine to produce your results?  The landscapes in your screenshots look much better than anything I\'ve seen produced with CS.  But if CS can be made to do that without too much hassle, then I may check it out again.
