Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Cant connect to Server

Hi all,

ive just made a new Account and i want to connect but i cant. Ive tried it with opening Ports and turning off Firewall, but it doesnt work.

Im connected with the Internet through an own Server, but i dont know how to configure it.

The Updater works, thats strange.
