Newbie Help (Start Here) / i'm lost... where do I click to get to the character creation screen?

Ahhh... Hello everyone! I\'m very new to this game. I have a quick question that all of you people have already heard before.... I hope. My question is: How the heck do I get started? I can\'t find out where to get to the character create screen. Please help! It will be very much appreciated.
