Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / YARGH! it wont install!

anyone have any ideas or explainations?
\"installer verification failed.
This could be the result of an incomplete downlaod, a failing disk or a corrution from a virus.
You can try and force an install using the /NCRC command line switch(but it is NOT reccomended)\"
any help?????
