Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game /

Time of test: Today
OS: Windows Me
Processor: 800 MHz Intel Celeron
RAM: Not Sure (64Mb?)
Video Card: Not Sure
Video Card Memory: Not Sure
PS Client Version: 0.3.011
OpenGL or Safe Mode: OpenGL
Description of the bug:
WARNING: Factory returned a null instance for crystalspace.kernel.vfs if error messages are not self explanitory, recompile CS with CS_DEBUG
WARNING: could not load plugin \'crystalspace.kernel.vfs\'
Couldn\'t load vfs plugin \'crystalspace.kernel.vfs\'!
ERROR: csInitializer::SetupConfigManager failed!
Is your CRYSTAL environment var set?

Can anyone help me out with 1) what this means, and 2) how to fix it? I looked through these posts and theres alot of errors like it but i havnt seen this one yet so i figured id post. Thanks!
