Actually I got it working today. I didn\'t have the proper opengl activated. I had the x.org one activated. I just switched to nvidia opengl in gentoo and it worked.

sorry, I got it working now, it was the opengl, it was using the xorg opengl, not the nvidia gl. I\'m using gentoo, so I just had to use eselect to change it.

I\'m using Linux and I\'m also having trouble getting hardware acceleration working. What nvidia drivers are known to work?

I feel like I\'m running planeshift on an old video card, when really I have a nvidia 5900 XT which runs other games like bzflag at enemy-territory blazingly fast.

I\'m in Linux by the way, anyone else have this problem?
