Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Moving text prob

Time of test: 9:00PM - Today
OS: Windows XP
Processor: Pentium(R)4 CPU 2.26GHz
RAM: 512MB
Video Card: Nvidia MX440
Video Card Memory: 64MB
PS Client Version: ?
OpenGL or Safe Mode: OpenGL
Description of the bug:
When I load ANY of the Planeshift stuff if any pop-ups show they stay even if I press \"OK\" or whatever. Also when any text moves it like drags itself and lives a \"mark\". Also if its a graphic problem, I cant find the most recent card online because it not supported anymore.
