Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / A more powerful updater

I downloaded a version of the game about a month ago, and it took up too much RAM, which in turn, caused my computer to freeze.

Now a new version of the game is out, I have to redownload parts of the game to play. Could you please make and updater (that works) so updates can be made a lot easier?

Yes, I have that problem too.

The first time, it went ok. The program even got to upload. But then I tried to go onto the web while it\'s initailizing graphics, and it froze.

I restarted my computer and loaded the program again. This time, the blue screen came up and it froze that way.

And I have also tried the updater, which does not seem to work. i do not want to redownload the entire game again, so would PS please fix the updater?

By the way, you have a great videu card.:)

I\'m new, like many people. My friend suggested this game to me and it looked great. So I got the game up and running, but I Just don\'t konw where to go, could some one help me please? Thank you.
