Newbie Help (Start Here) / 1 step forward, three steps back

Yay! i finally got the game to work...don\'t ask how it just decided to let me play, or so i thought.
My whole experience on planeshift lasted about 7 seconds untill suddenly the game shut itself down. I thought \'oh well minor glitch\' and entered the game again. I got in again and sure enough the same thing happens. I repeated this about 2 or 3 more times till i gave up.
By the sound of things (messages on the forum) i seem to be the only person with this problem. lol maybe cause im one of the only people who managed to get past the server dropping me.
anyways i thought i\'d bring this to people\'s attention (mainly developers)
