Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Server DOWN ?

Hi
I\'ve tried to upload my Character but i always recieve the error message: \"Server dropped us for unknown reason\". So I checked the server status as described in the FAQ! There the server is OFFLINE (or down).
But on the official site of gamiiy (http://www.gamiix.com) the server is marked as ONLINE ?
So whats going on ?
Is the Server down or not ?
How long will it take untill it gets online again ?
