Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Server Issue, help please.

Hey all, first time loading up the game, looks great. The problem I\'m facing is that it says \"Fragnetics Fail 100%\" for the Server, and it does not allow me to connect, how do I go upon switching up the servers? Thanks a ton, I look forward to playing with you guys.
