If we controlled the island we could control the waters between that and Greenland as the article says. This could be important if more ice melted further north as you might be able to fare to the pacific ocean north of canada by sea

Don't you canadians already have enough islands? :P

We can't split it though. We planted most flags on it ;)

Canada? Cold country populated by bears and salmon.
I don't know any people comming from Canada.
The only news about Canada running over here is the occasional shooting of Canadian soldiers by American planes in Afghanistan or when they try to claim danish territory :o (Hans Ø)
The sterotype of Canadians is tea-drinking, skiing people dressed in a parka

So all in all I don't know alot about this silent country

I've only had few problems which needed hospital treatment. The worst one was a chronic infection of my ear that threatened to infect my facial nerve and paralyze my left half of the face.

Eventually after one year of stinking fluids comming out of my ear and 14 ear-specialist appointments I was sent to the hospital where they diagnosed me with the correct disease, Cholesteatoma, and i was signed up for surgery as soon as possible. That just happened to be 6 months later  The surgery went fine but I caught a light infection while recovering

I found out that the ear department of the public hospital here has two doctors. Two doctors!
All in all my impression is that the danish doctors are very talented, there are just not enough and our government won't give them the money they need..

I'm 18 and could hear every one of them on my right ear but couldn't hear any of them on my left. I've tested and my left stops at 12000.
don't be a fool, protect your hearing!

Thanks alot for all the advice. Specially to hook for explaining a bit of the theory :P I\'ll definately go and read a bit more up on it.

I\'ve only used teabags until now because the local shops have been phasing the tea trend out over the last few years. But we have a few specialiced shops around which i\'ll definately look into :)

So i\'ve run completely out of tea today, while i\'m having a nasty flu.

I noticed there\'s alot of Brits on this forum so i thought asking here would make a bit of sense :)

What teas would you recommend? I\'ve been stuck on one mega-package of camomille tea, which i like, but recently it started getting a tad boring taste. I\'ve tried a few tea with those fruit flavours like pepermint and strawberry which didn\'t fell in my taste. I\'ve tasted a few \"Prince of blabla\" which i like.

Now, tea-experts! What should i try next? :P

Please forgive me if i malpractice the tea-terminology

We have a bit of random screaming at our school but it\'s a very rare phenomena.

Our teachers must be the most coffee consuming in the whole world. The 5 minute breaks we have between each class turn into 15 minute breaks because they need to stand in line in front of the coffee machine to get their 10th cup of the break

All in all my school is pretty boring if it wasn\'t for the fact that we are required to have our own laptops with in classes :D there\'s always at least one CS 1.5 server going ;)
