Ok, I am a new player (about 6 hours old), but I have noticed this problem. After a server re-boot, the problem disappeared and my previous loss of health was noted in the bar.

The problem, I concluded was that the game is reducing the amounts (and increasing), but it is not updating the bars in the information box at the top.

It is also seemingly random as it suddenly cuts in, freezing the bars.

As far as I know, this applies to Health, Stamina, Mana, Experience and Progression Points.

Note that is not preventing character progress, (you still gain EXP and PP), but it is anoying as you don\'t know how much health you are losing. ( As a new player I thought I was invincible, until I went over my Events dialogue!! )
